Mid-week is here...

Wednesday, middle of the week, double dance class day, it knows many names.

Last Friday night DD found out that she COULD participate in the Disney Dancer's Workshop Saturday night at Epcot. It was at first open to only higher levels, but the studio owner was making some exceptions. It is a 2 hour workshop where they will learn what it's like to dance with Disney, learn some routines, and then will perform. It's going to be an amazing experience for her and so glad she has this opportunity.

Saturday was the WSD garage sale, did quite well. Nicole came out to see us (hope the BH are not as bad) for a little bit. Caroline came out with her skinny self and shopped around (thanks!) inside and out. I can't forget my stall mates, Cheryl and Laurel, it was great hanging out with you two all day. Afterwards had lunch with Cheryl at Subway. If you don't read her blog, little synaposis, A/C broken, 750 degrees, poor kid working in the bowels of He double hockey sticks. Luckily the back was cooler and we were able to eat our lunch and then go our seperate ways.

Sunday, bright and early, off I went to the soft opening of the new Michael's up north of me. My girl Lindsey met me and we wandered around enjoying it all together. I bought a few sheets of AC paper for DD, some window markers for schooltime, clay tools for DD (big hint), new crochet hook for the blanket that I'm working on (my recliner ate the other one), and some ribbon for my Sheetload cards.

Sunday afternoon, kids and I went grocery shopping. It was a fun experience actually. No fighting, cookies were earned, great end to a great weekend.

So far the last 2 days have been good, school is going great, and DS has been pretty good behavior wise. Ya know what, DD hasn't been quite so mouthy either.. woohoo...

Yesterday was a busy day, one of those not filled with things, just the things that needed to be done were 'busy' feeling. DD had her Elluminate sessions for FCAT practice tests on Math and Science. She did great on both, 15/15 on the Math and 12/15 on the Science (the Science is super hard, teachers from her old B&M said THEY had trouble when they attempted them) so I am super proud. Today she has her reading session, then we're done till she goes in next week to her old B&M to start taking the FCATs. I know she's going to do great. :)

Last night, we went to our 2nd Anime Night with TAHT (tween/teen homeschooling group). The kids, there were around 10, had a ball. Us moms sure had alot of fun too. We got home around 10:45, so right to bed for DD. I watched Biggest Loser.

What a busy day for me! Lindsey is coming over to have me cut some letters and shapes out for her so she can make a banner to be used in about a week. Double dance night with DD, then coffee and quality time with my girl, the other of the DD's... lol I can't wait to see her and see how big the Lil Prince is getting.

2 days to go! The treasure hunt starts on Friday, I can't wait! DD and I will be starting bright and early Friday morning. Scraporium and then off we go in a southern direction. If all goes well, we'll do 9-11 stores. Friday night off to Disney to meet up with the boys. Disney on Saturday, dance workshop for dd Saturday night, then Disney again on Sunday.
