Less then 2 weeks to go before the Orlando Scrapbook Expo. I need to start packing for that. I also have a crop coming up this weekend so need to pack for that too.. Last minute items for D's shower need to be addressed this week. I am so excited and can't wait.
The Scraproom (My kit club) had an evening online crop last nite. We did chats and webcams on Yahoo, then went over to Skype, chatted more there. I did a LO for a color challenge, DD came up with the title, I think it came out great.
DS is doing much better, almost back to his old self. DD so far, knock on wood, shows no signs of getting sick. She has her Science FCATs on Monday and Tuesday, then the NRT for Reading and Math on Wednesday and Thursday. Her schoolwork will start back full time this week since she only has an hour or so each day of testing. We start her last math unit of Math 5 this week. She'll have it done and the semester exam done before she leaves for Sea Camp in April. Once her teacher has her semester exam in hand, she'll be able to sign off on Math 5 and start the process of having her Pre-Algebra course sent to us. This will be the only 6th grade course we are going to start this year. As we complete her other courses, they will be done for the year. DD is on pace atm to be completed with her 5th grade courses by middle of March. During our conference last week, her teacher and I started discussing ways to keep her enriched during the summer.
