Friday the 13th

Today a brave young lady lost her fight with CF. RIP Haley, you are now in heaven, the pain is gone, and you're in the arms of the almighty. M came to be as I sat at my computer tears in my eyes and asked 'mommy, why are you sad?'. I tell him about the passing of a girl his sister's age that was very sick. He stands there for a minute, looking at me, then says 'mommy, I am sad too.' I hugged him and told him it's okay to be sad, as it's a part of life.

Hug the ones you love, call the ones that you haven't spoken to in awhile, don't wait for tomorrow. It just might not come.
