Friday night was N's dance team performances at the Land O Lakes Art Festival. The teams did great and I am so proud of N and her teams. Here is a couple pics.
Friday night, after I dropped N back off at home, I went to Zhills to hang out with my scrap girls. I didn't scrap, but I did take my laptop so I could upload my pics off my camera from the Art Fest. We had a good time, I got home about midnight.
Saturday, we did things around the house, hung out. Later in the afternoon, my girl CH called me about where a Target was, I decided I needed to get dinner anyways, so I met her up there... Let me tell you, I am SOOO glad I did. I found a bunch of oriental sauces on clearance and with coupons that we use alot. So I stocked up because in this house, can never have too much. Once I got home, as I was putting away the grocery, the other half of DD fame called saying that she was going to ride with me to the PC party we had that night. D and I had dinner at my house (sorry again D, made her chinese a little too spicy), then off to the PC party we went. Great company, a great hostess, and super yummy food. I picked up a few things that I had been wanting for us too. I dropped D off at home safe and sound and back to my house to find out if I WAS taking my daughter to a movie or not. N and I went to see SuperHero Movie, it was funny, not my first pick that night, but we were running a littl late due to Tom and I yapping too long. Came home and collapsed into bed.
Sunday was another quiet day for the most part. Tom ran an errand that he needed to take care of, we had dinner, TV, bed early for the kids... OH, there was the one incident where N gave M a bloody and fat lip. It seems that she rolled over and her knee and his mouth made contact... Poor guy was great tho, is eating fine, and will live another day to get his revenge.. LOL
Today, we had breakfast and it was time for school. N blew through half of her courses before I even got M and I settled down to start. Thanks for N's wonderful teacher, I now have a great site that I can do printables for N and M both, for now and over the summer so things stay sharp for them. M and I sat down and we started with Math, then it was time for a coloring sheet that was for Social Studies. Well he didn't want to color, he said 'I want to do more Math'... woah.. okay, no prob, ran and printed out a few more sheets, he retrieved glue sticks to do his math and off we went again. As he finishes a paper, he gets a check, check plus, star, something to represent his 'grade' like N gets. He has done 2more math sheets and is on to #3 when he tells me, I am going to get a BIG check on this one right here and points to the top right where I put their marks. hehe He counted and glued the approriate numbers like a pro. He was so proud when N came out and he showed her what he had done and his 'checks'. I took pics, upload them tomorrow or so.
We were done all school by noon today so we took off to GameStop so the kids could pick up their Mario Kart that had been released on Sunday. They were both so excited to get home and play. I decided since we were in the same shopping center as one of the newer bigger Targets, I'd run in and see if they had the threading water punch everyone has been searching for. I was in luck, they had one so I picked it up. yay! Now we are back home, time to eat lunch (kids are doing that as I speak), then we'll play some Mario Kart together. Dance tonite, it's costume week too, woohoo so expect pics to start showing up of N in her costumes.

I can't believe you didn't call me when you found the punch!!!!! WAHOOOO. I stilll haven't taken mine out of the package. Maybe this weekend.
